"I am just blown away. Micheal came to assess our issues and from the very beginning, he was wonderful. I had a bad experience with a rude plumber from another company the day before and was almost scared to call. He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was able to connect me with another company that handles water damage restoration (American Water Damage is awesome too) to figure out where a leak in kitchen ceiling was coming from. Michael was still here when the rep came and walked him through everything. Micheal went above and beyond in every way. He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional.
