Now, 11 years later, and a draft free house, Steve came to our house and figured out how to make an adaptation we wanted. We had decided to remove the screens and needed the upper windows stabilized so they would not fall down with the screen out. Steve volunteered to come to the house to look the situation over, he was prompt, helpful, clever and had it all done in less than 2 hours (14 windows were involved). "Brian did a great job. He's responsive, communicates well and knows his stuff. He installed three outside lights and a range hood. The new hood didn't have all the needed vent parts to match the old one. He secured the correct parts and installed it efficiently. He is also working with us on a kitchen countertop replacement and has been very helpful - sending a schematic to the countertop company and helping coordinate the effort. We'll use him to tear out the old countertops and install the new sink."
