"I had a new electrical line I wanted to run for a display light attached to a grandfather clock in our foyer. I also requested a switch be added to our wall panel by the front door to operate it. The job involved seeking a route for running wire behind the ceiling and drywall from our basement to the first floor of the house. The installation was complicated and obviously required a healthy amount of expertise in all respects. The work was accomplished with a minimal amount of mess (two small holes) and the quad switch panel added by our front door operates flawlessly. During the same visit they also replaced four decorative ceiling light fixtures and repaired a bad electrical outlet to boot. The workers were fast, efficient and friendly (even to my dog). I can't say enough about this company to do this justice. Very satisfied with my decision to give them a call."

The crew did need to cut into the drywall to run the conduit but did so in the least invasive way. They made sure to clean up, walk me through the charger setup, test the charger, and answer any questions before they left. A couple of weeks later they coordinated with me to schedule the city inspector to come out for the inspection. The wall charger passed with no issues. "We got them as a referral when it was still ANGIES LIST. A couple of days after it was installed the light had started going out the fan was working okay but the lights kept going on and off every 2 minutes, they sent the same technician out trying to figure out why it was doing that. They didn't charge us a dime for the 2 and a half hours the technician (Jason) was here. It was incredibly nice for George Willy to not charge us for having Jason here for almost 2 hours. Nice gentleman, very good technicians, and they really know what they are doing."

"the "contractor" this company uses is really more of a handyman. i was initially happy with the job, but after a few weeks things started falling apart. contractor did not properly prep the ceiling and within 2,3 months there were cracks, bubbling, peeling on the ceiling. did not put a schluter on flooring and cement slab is exposed. did not plaster or spackle old nail holes, just painted over them. did not prep closet shelves for painting. was forced to spend an additional $2,200 to fix these items."

"This is the second job we've used Riggs Landscaping for and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with his work. The first job was the installation of pavers from the driveway and onto the front steps, replacing the 'builder' cement. His experience shows, from the suggestions and implementation of sloping the terrain away from the foundation of the house which completely eliminated any water leakage which was occurring in the basement. I constantly receive compliments on how beautiful the pavers look! This job entailed the installation of a path from the front of the house to the back deck stairs. Most of the area was on a hill so it meant leveling it, putting in pressure treated lumber to build up the sides and burying the drain spouts. Perfect again! He cleans up, he's on time, and just an honest nice man. I would HIGHLY recommend him!"

He was extremely professional, and at my request worked to update and incorporate what I already had with new LED lighting. He was super easy to work with, knows his stuff and focused on doing a great job for the customer. I told him I didn't want to spend a fortune and he came up with a plan. Once we got everything up I wanted to make some tweaks and additions. He was super accommodating and responsive. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Great experience. I got a few quotes from top Angie's list (and one other contractor) and Outdoor Illumination wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but they are probably the best!"
