"Fine Tree Care was totally professional and did a great job. It was a very tall tree removal and trimming project for the power lines to the house. "Extremely poor experience - as someone who worked for this company & reported directly to the owner, I can say based off of my personal experience that in my 20+ years of working, never have I seen a company with this poor of a setup across all areas. From my experiences being very close to the business, I witnessed many actions that were extremely unethical, both related towards employees & customers. As a customer looking for tree work, here are just a few personal concerns I have with Strobert compared to other businesses (can?t speak on some of the worst ones here): - insanely high pricing, 3x to 4x what many other companies price for the same work/service - poor customer experience based on my experience from working here, witnessed 100% turnover, making it rare to have trained/educated support, leading to poor customer svc - unethical behaviors (won?t list them all), but for ie: promoting discounts, but never actually providing a discount, prices are raised to offset discount"

"Luis and his crew were punctual, very focused on doing the job correctly and to my satisfaction, reasonably priced and worked very skillfully. I've see other tree experts, but none that performed even close to LA'S. If I could give them a 10 rating, they would get a 10+."

Bill Sapp Completed his studies in Turf and Ornamentals at Rutgers University in the mid eighties and proceeded to have a wonderful career on various golf courses in Colorado , Arizona, and Maryland.
