I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"I hired Perennial Lawn Services to do my fall core aeration and seed in October of 2020. When the job was done, there were pockets of areas that were not seeded. I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. "I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"
