"The project was completed to my satisfaction.  However, I had a little trouble because of the chimney work.  Ideally, I would have liked the chimney work to have been completed before the new roof was on.  Because of the weather (cold) the chimney repair had to be redone, after the roof work was complete.  Communication was an issue as well, James is good about returning calls, but promises to show up on a certain date and time were not always kept.  The crew would show up, but not on the day I expected them.  I was surprised more than once to find out there was work being done.  <br /> Overall, I would hire Elite again, because the quality of the work they do, which is excellent.  Just be prepared to be a little flexible with your schedule and expectations. <br />"
