The quality of the work is good. Most of the time I am not here. They will leave me a note on the door to let me know. They also call to let me know. They tell me they are coming on a Monday, and will then leave a bag telling me what they did when they were here. I will keep using them as long as they don't rectify if I have any problems. So far the grass is green. I have other issues with the side, but that's another story."

"We've just begun dealing with them. They're specific about what your needs are and be able to communicate them so the end result is satisfactory or acceptable. Just before you call, someone came over from Kevin's just to confirm the proposal and to look at the yard and what we were talking about so they wanted to be sure they were looking at the same place I was looking and wanting help with so that was really good. I was getting a little concerned when a couple of weeks went by and I just didn't get any follow ups but Kevin was out of town and we had a lot of rain so there was no whole lot of anybody could do until things dried up a bit so now they're on their way. They really haven't done a thing in that proposal yet, they're just looking so I'm sure that'll be great because they tell me it's going to be fine.
