"We highly recommend this roofer. Immediately after my submission request for a roofer through Angi’s, Allan immediately contacted me. Extremely pleasant and customer oriented. Asked me what the issue was and worked with me based on my availability to come out and provide an estimate. Allan inspected the roof inside the attic and up on the roof. He provided us with a detailed explanation of issues in addition to the leaks we noted around the exhaust pipes. We were provided with an estimate, as well as visuals of items at issue. We were provided with various payment options and the work scheduled for his foreman to do that same day on our 5 year old, two story roof. Sealants were removed and replaced for all roof jacks, vents and flashings. Broken, missing shingles replaced. Damaged wood decking replaced. Detached shingles replaced. All exhausts were painted, along with roof jacks and vents to prevent corrosion. Before work, in progress work and completed work pictures were provided."

They didn’t rush to finish and I appreciated the cleaning during the work and at the end, including sweeping for loose nails in our backyard to protect our dogs. "Work was done on the roof on the addition to my mother's home to change the decking on a part of the roof that had rotted, change the shingles, and apply a stronger sealant between the main part of the house and the addition. Work was also needed to nail back in some of the fascia on the main part of the house. Original work was done by members of his crew. However, Ralph came by himself on two separate occasions to ensure quality of the work. He hammered back in the fascia, reapplied the sealant and nailed down shingles where necessary. He was responsive to both me and my sister in ensuring work was done to our satisfaction."
