He inspected the roof and explained what would be involved in the repair and gave me a fixed price which I thought was fair. I authorized the job and the next day his crew came early and went to work. By day's end the roof was totally repaired. You can't beat that for service. "Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it."

We liked his approach and openness to us and the project. He came in and just got busy, did a great and thorough job. Everything looks great and we haven't had a leaking problem since.
