We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. "Right from the beginning everything about the experience was very professional. I contacted Angie s List and within minutes RVA River City Seal Coating called me. They came out the next day, gave me an estimate and completed the job then and there. They filled cracks, edged the driveway, cleaned oil stains off the driveway and sealed it. It rained several hours after my driveway was sealed. They came back to check on the driveway once it had dried and reapplied seal coating where needed. I would highly recommend this company!"
