"They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."

"This is a family owned company in business for generations and they take pride in not only knowing their product but also in their work. When I first called & talked to Denise she spent half an hour describing the product and referred me to a website that was incredibly helpful in making a decision on our roofing material and installer. <br /> Because of fires and wet or windy weather in Colorado the work was delayed from the original install date but it was well worth waiting for. Lianro took care of everything from an estimate that was fair and was not exceeded, getting the permit and inspection, tearing off & disposing of the old roof, the construction of a new roof line (thanks Bruce) and installing the new roof.  <br /> They had a dumpster brought out for disposing of all the trash and did a very nice job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. "Paul and Mike were on time to meet me at the rental houses. <br /> They went right to work on the first unit which is a breeze air cooler.  They got it up and running and programed the remote.  While Paul was up on the roof he noticed a few shingles that had come off and/or loose.  I asked if he could do a quick repair on them and he completed it before we moved on to the next house.  At one of the houses Paul had to replace a drain fitting and at another he let me know that the cooler was started but on it's last leg.  He explained to me how I would know when the cooler was going to have to be replaced.  By the time we arrived at the last house it was starting to rain and I asked if he would like to come back and finish the last one later and he said no it would be fine for them to finish in the rain.  I really appreciated them finishing so I wouldn't have to make a second trip to meet up with them. <br /> I was very pleased with Paul's work.  He is quick, polite, and competent.  His prices were more than fair.  I will definitely call Paul back to do work for me again. <br />"

"After trying desperately to find a contractor who would repair a relatively small part of my otherwise healthy roof, some neighbors and my insurance company suggested Dan's Roofing. I gave Dan a call and left a message, and he returned my call the same night. He got out to assess the damage and gave me an estimate within a couple days. We got the repair scheduled for sometime in the next couple weeks. I supplied the shingles to assure that they'd match the originals and Dan supplied all other materials and labor. The work was completed professionally and quickly. Every conversation with Dan was pleasant, informative and helpful/reassuring. The shingles and his work match so closely to the rest of the roof that you can't even tell that it was ever damaged and a repair was needed. Dan also demonstrates integrity. While he was repairing the small section that needed repair, he inspected the rest of our roof and gave it a clean bill of health. He could have given a report that required more repairs, but it truly didn't need anything else and he honestly reported it that way."
