Communication was horrific, project pushed back 3 times with zero communication (as in their way of communicating was to not show up). They immediately dented our driveway curb, and then refused to repair it after project completion. The brick work they laid at the base of driveway was done incorrectly we?re now finding out (October 2025). Material already chipping and coming loose. Tried to contact RDS and Raphael won?t respond. These guys are dishonest and do shoddy work. Do not hire. "

"They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."

"We needed to refresh our rocks in our xceriscaping, it was very spare. We ordered 12 tons of 3/4" Colorado Rose rocks, the same we had. They turn less red after a while with the rain and snow. So eventually it will all look uniformed. Isaac responded quickly to my quote request online and even offered to stop by the same evening as we were ready to do this project. His crew/employees and he did an amazing, filling in all the bare areas (many) and refreshing all with a thin layer of the new rocks, just as we requested. They cleaned up the areas upfront where the rock had been delivered and all other areas as well. Everyone was professional and very nice. Great job, thank you. We couldn't be happier. "
