Their crew of Kyle and Ricky are extreme professionals and ensured that the repair work was done correctly. They updated us daily with what they had found and reviewed with us the fix that they were implementing. They keep us well informed and when finished did a through review of what they had done. During the repair they also answered all our questions we had. I highly recommend them for any work your hose my need in the future."

"My experience with Fortified Roofing was outstanding. Fortified Roofing installed my new roof a couple years ago and they did an amazing job. They were quick, clean and gave a very reasonable price. They also offered a great warranty. The roof looks amazing. Last winter I noticed I was getting a leak in my attic around the chimney. I called Fortified to report the problem, they came out immediately and inspected the attic and decide to reflash my chimney at no charge. A few weeks later I notice I was still getting water in my attic. I called Fortified back and they immediately came out again and this time they peeled back the new shingles and installed an ice guard, replaced some plywood and re shingled, again at no charge. It turns out the leak was coming from the chimney and I needed to have my chimney rebuilt by a separate company, Fortified offered to reflash the new chimney once it was installed, again at no charge. I was blown away on how considerate and personal my house felt to the staff and crew. John and Joy were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like a close friend. "I highly recommend Surf & Turf for your new roof. From their sales reps, to their finance department to their installation crew, they are very helpful and professional. We are particularly grateful to Karen, Tyler and Owen for their guidance and support and for helping use deal with our solar company. The poor installation of our previous roof, plus the constant moisture under the solar panels caused the roof to deteriorate much quicker than normal. With Karen and Tyler’s help, we were able to have the solar panels removed and replaced for no cost. Karen worked with us and with reps from the solar company. Tyler met with them at our home and supported us and our needs. We now have a beautiful new roof, with a lifetime guarantee (through the manufacturer, Owens-Corning), even with the solar panels installed. "We needed a roof repair to buy us another year or so before a complete replacement. I had several companies come out for estimates and they ran the gamut, from , "no can't fix it, replace it", to "sure, I can caulk that for you". Romano Roofing was the only company that really tried to balance what was needed with being mindful of my budget. They gave me a couple of options, and honestly, of all the estimates I received, Romano's was the only one that made sense. They explained all the details of the repair I needed and the limitations of matching shingles, etc. The job was scheduled sooner than expected and the crew arrived in a timely manner, and did a thorough, neat job. Despite the warning of not being able to match my existing shingles, it's a barely noticeable difference in color. Everyone I dealt with from first phone call to final payment was professional and helpful. When the time comes for the full replacement, I know I only need to make one call. The quote for the job was similar or better than the others I have received from other companies. I like that Joe puts his name on the company so you know he is not trying to hide from past mistakes. "I was afraid I was going to need an entire new roof, but after looking it over, Ed felt most of the roof was in decent shape for its age, and that we could get away with just a repair at this time. Since I'm hoping to install solar in the next couple years, and plan to replace the roof then, we opted for the repair. After a minor communication issue (my email reply had gone into his spam folder), we scheduled the work. The workman arrived as promised and worked all day on the repair. Ed came by to check on progress (he had been tied up on another job), but things were fine. We've had several heavy thunderstorms since the repair, with no leaking. Would hire again - he offered the repair even knowing it would cost him a full roof job, since he can't do the solar installation. If you contact him via email and don't hear back, call - just in case his email provider decided your email was spam!"

I have been praying and watching this company and it's reviews ( the low star reviews are complaints about scheduling and price) for a long while. I did my homework and checked all their credentials, better business, doing business in Phila, Licenses and Inspection, insurances, this company has an A+ rating and ALL credentials checked out. I had NEVER done my homework before, GLAD I took 10 minutes to do it The reason is I have a three story home (4) roofs including the porch, in the Germantown area and it needed special attention immediately! Also all the other companies considered my job to be VERY dangerous. I have had the exact same roofing problem for(29) years and spent money with the wrong people. So this is a big deal for me!! Squirrels had finally dug a hole and were living rent free, noisy, and vandalizing places that I couldn't see. I could hear them scratching the 3rd floor ceiling in the front of the house where there was already a leak and finally I saw his face peeking through, the ceiling in the back room started leaking (5) small buckets, also all my rotten wood and old shingles needed attention yes I had reached that point, I needed Reiter Roofing. (1) Evan came out to speak with me, great guy, reassured me I was with the best company. Emailed me the estimate.(It was far more than I had been estimated with other companies) He said they couldn't get to me until spring,(2) I wanted to speak with Barry Reiter personally and he made time to talk with me. I told him I didn't want a bandage on anything I wanted everything done, he was looking at me like lady you can't afford this job, however, he remained professional and I remained calm, the price was steep (3) remember I said I had been praying and watching this company for a long time, this owner is old school and confident in his TEAM(S) yes TEAM(s). He matches the roofing TEAM for each job, that really impressed me. He really cares for his company and his customers. He talked about safety and professionalism and his insurances, and his credentials, the company is top of the list with A+ ratings( check for your self) Barry revised my contract at my request a couple of times without any problems. He gave me a copy of the permit until the original one arrived and it did. All these details made me feel comfortable with Reiter Roofing (4) I got cold feet because of my $$$. But let me say, I did my homework and it was priced correctly. You get what you pay for. (5) I was on the fence! Barry scheduled his 3 stories or more, safety first TEAM to come out, 6 trucks arrived started the work they replaced the entire porch roof porch first and made sure it was safe for their ladders ....... Bob (the supervisor/owner of his TEAM was on point). They work on sections and are very detailed, my new wide beautiful gutters and new drains were re-positioned and work so much better. Both Barry and Bob expressed to me that it takes harnesses, scaffolds and men who love what they do to go up on angles, heights, lift heavy equipment (3ft propane tanks, rolls and rolls of rubber roofing materials and much more. The initial 29 year old leak was in the very front 3rd floor above the power lines next to the the A-Frame and VERY DANGEROUS. They took every safety precaution and completed the job. Bob assured me I won't ever have to worry about these roofs. I believe him. This TEAM had commercial equipment and came to work not play. (6) Bob's TEAM have carpentry skills, painting, skills, plumbing skills and MORE!!! They included metal drip edge capping to protect the wood from rot. They torched the rubber roof down. He was very patient with me when I asked for additional work not yet listed in the contract, (of course at additional charge) they gave me complimentary extra paint touches that made my whole job look great and complete. Their work is neat, clean, detailed, swift and efficient I didn't want a different company to do the added work. This team was professional, polite and hard workers ,(THANK YOU AGAIN BOB AND TEAM) THEY do EXCELLENT work and BOB has a great eye for design, I would highly recommend this TEAM. (7) MY ENTIRE job was done in 29 days and that's because it snowed and no work on weekends, plus additional work added, remember I mentioned they couldn't get to my job until spring, they started and finished before spring...02/13/19 - 03/12/19 (8) Barry Reiter owner of Reiter Roofing also Evan and Bob and Team are highly recommended. I had a mystery leak and Reiter Roofing came out many times to address the issue and would not stop till it was fixed. They never charged me extra for all the multiple visits, never grumbled about it. Always with a smile and friendly service and so responsive and committed to making sure the problem was taken care of. I feel so valued as a customer and I truly appreciate their services and the wonderful way they treat their customers. I highly recommend their services! They called us to let us know what time they would be arriving and they actually arrived on the time said. They took care of the roof and threw away/cleaned up after themselves.
