"I got on the web and found that Carmel Welding is an official Stihl repair shop. I took my string trimmer in to Carmel Welding on Good Friday and on the following Monday I received a call from a very nice young lady at Carmel Welding letting me know that my trimmer was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at Carmel Welding to pick up my Stihl Trimmer, I was greeted by "Scout" who appeared to be the shops mascot. My trimmer was brought out, I paid,my bill and started up the trimmer. It came to life like it did many years ago."
