"Javier arrived promptly. My husband showed him the problem with our backyard low voltage landscape lighting. Javier conducted an inspection, and found that the electrical outlet that the lights were plugged into was no longer functional. He plugged the cord into another outlet, and everything now functions just fine! Thank you Javier and M&J Prime Builders!"

"The installation of their turf was flawless. Great crew and very hard working. Always left the area clean. Front office and owner were courteous, professional and very friendly. The owner came to the house personally to view our yard and answer questions. I would certainly recommend."

"I recently had grass installed in my front yard and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. They helped me choose the right type of grass for my soil and sun exposure, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. What impressed me most was how clean they left the area—no mess, no damage to surrounding plants, and the grass looks lush and healthy. It’s completely transformed the look of my home. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality grass installation. Great value and top-notch results!"

"Their bid was extremely well detailed. I know nothing about retaining walls and was able to follow and understand all of their proposal. Their finished work is exactly what I wanted. The crew, AK-crew, was professional and kind. The only issue I had was the waiting period for getting the necessary supplies. I felt that communication was less than expected during that time - but that may only be me. I'll need another retaining wall in my front yard and will be using this company again"

"David did a great job installing artificial turf for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and the job turned out perfectly. He was prompt, on time and on budget. The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. "Roy Mark and his team were terrific. My project consisted of several small jobs: mending a stone wall, replacing and repairing a drainage system, upgrading and repairing an irrigation system and planting several areas around the house. It took them a day and a half during which time they made recommendations that cut my costs. The final plantings look fantastic and will clearly grow in to complement the space. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them. Thanks to Servicemagic for the recommendation."
