The project included removing all existing landscaping, laying new pavers for a patio & walkway, building a pavilion from a kit we had purchased, installing yard and walkway lights, new irrigation, installing some artificial turf and planting all new plants. Oscar was prompt to come and set up time he provided several suggestions like adding paver lights in the design which will look very nice without significantly increasing the cost. He also looked at the backyard doors and recommended that we replace them and provided several suggestions on metal doors with automatic wifi controlled locks. Then he provided a written estimate and I got 4 additional bids for the same scope. He wasn't the cheapest but he was most thorough in his estimates. The workmanship was very good as well. His crew was professional, came on time and ensured the work is done to my satisfaction. I will use him again for any of my landscaping needs."
