"Project was to reinstall a woodburning stove which was sitting in the middle of my living room. All Swept Up called me within hours after I typed up my project in HomeAdvisor. They were at my house a few days later (September 3rd) to give an estimate. They were the middle of 3 estimates I received that week. Initally I went with the lowest estimate - big mistake. So in mid-October I called All Swept Up back and scheduled them to do the work. So now it is the busy season for sweeps. Nevertheless they were able to fit me in on their schedule and on November 5th (today, as I type this), they reinstalled the insert, cleaned the chimney and replaced the adapter on the end of my steel liner (which had been damaged earlier in the summer when the insert was removed). What impressed me most is that they seemed to understand how a direct-connect insert works - something which has baffled other chimney sweeps. Didn't bother them a bit that the insert is very large and a tight fit. They showed up with the proper equipment and personnel to do the job. They used all kinds of padding to make sure our new tiling around the fireplace wasn't damaged. They stuck to their original month-old estimate. They even replaced trim around the insert and cleaned up all their dust when done. I will definitely call them again next spring for my annual cleaning!"

"Very nice. Knowledgeable. Prompt clean"

"The crew showed up with smiles on there face and went after it. They were careful moving everything and cleaned every little crack and crevice. They had the best attitudes for cleaning a trashed unit! Best Iâ ve seen in 17 years!!! You wouldve never known it was trashed. They did an excellent job and definitely going to keep hiring!!!"

"I was very impressed during the whole process. Owner Dan Dugan did a very thorough job of evaluating our current configuration as well as taking measurements in each room of the house before going over each option we would have. His job quote was slightly higher than our other estimate when comparing applies to apples. However, we decided to go with Dugan Air due to the experience we had with Dan during this process. And it wasn't like we had a bad experience with the other company.

Prior to installation Dan answered several questions and made sure I understood what would happen during the installation from beginning to end. The system was installed in one day and the crew cleaned up completely when finished. Dan stopped by to go over everything with me and will touch base again a week later.

The team was professional, on time, and paid attention to details most companies usually miss. My bathrooms, kitchen, and floors looked spotless. Communication was great from start to finish, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy cleaning services."
