"J & S Moving is the most amazing company to work with I had contracted a another company to move my two bedroom apartment 282 bedroom townhouse not only did the previous company not stage my living room and bedroom (they put my bedroom dresser in front of the window in my bedroom) I had contracted them to also do my packing and there were no labels on any of the boxes so I had no idea where they belong. I am a 57 year-old woman who is handicapped and I moved into a two floor townhouse 25% of the boxes they left on the first floor belonged on the second floor. They also did not put together my bed and I had contracted them to put together several other pieces of furniture that I needed to store my kitchen items in. They refused to do that in my panic and despair I reached out and found Jen. She completely empathize and understood my situation and promise me that when her guys came to my home they would not leave until everything was done. She was correct. I had two very amazing men here who were at my beck and call. In fact they would not allow me to move (I am handicapped and have major back problems) they had no issue, asking for instruction and bringing boxes to me because I was throwing things out and wanted to make sure I wanted to keep the things that were in the box and finding a place to put them. These gentlemen work efficiently and quickly they made me feel very confident. I wish I would’ve hired them for the whole move. I am moving next year to Arizona and I may not be able to afford what the whole move would cost, but I have told them they are definitely getting my work For packing my apartment.
