"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"The men were very professional, courteous and respective of our house while performing our work. They did not leave a mess and the new electric panel is great!"

"Yep! Electric was recommended by Angi's List to perform my EV charging station install. Dave came out and did a thorough inspection. He was timely and very knowledgeable and professional. Dave and his partner did a fantastic job with the install of my EVIQO Level 2 Charging Station. And the cleanup was like the garage was before the job started! If you're in the market for a EV Chanrging Station, Dave with Yep! Electric is the man for the job! Just a very happy customer!"

"they were nice enough call and state that they do not repair motion lights! I WANT SOMEONE THAT REPAIRS OR REPLACES MOTION LIGHTS1 If homeAdvisor cannot help by having an election rep call me then I will contact ANGIES LIST. I never said that I neededlightning rods"

"I estimate I have just under $100k in electronics and appliances in my house. We have significant lightning storms in my location. To NOT have lightning suppression installed is significant risk in my mind based on my location in New Jersey. RS LIGHTNING PROTECTION was responsive with a quick cost estimate and a reasonable price based on my research for installation. By the way...installation is part art, such as bends in cable are not more than 90 degrees. It's not just about running grounded cables. This installation in conjunction with surge protection on my electrical panel performed by my electrician and cable protection gives me significant piece of mind that all my appliances and electronics are protected from lightning and any potential surge generated by a near strike. Mr Richard Sherlock knows his subject. Highly recommended. Five stars."

"Howe prompt on time and very professional and an honest quote. I would recommend hiring this company. Bracken General Contractors!"

"Did an outstanding job making repairs to several electrical problems and updating the plugs in our kitchen."

"He was thorough and detailed. Inspected my whole unit and repaired everytnhing that needed to be. He corrected the mistaked that the other company made. Pleasant to be around. Called one day and he came the next and got it all done. Thanks"

"AM Case was amazing! Fair priced amongst many quotes and the team was spectacular. They are the only electrician I will use in Cincinnati moving forward. Recommend with no hesitation, they are the best and will take great care of you!"
