"Great customer service. Came out within a day for the estimate and quote for installing gutter guards. Took time to discuss my concerns about best material for type of debris we experience. Requoted with a material and design better suited. Performed the gutter guard installation when promised and pointed out some economical roof maintenance items that could be repaired in the same visit. Justin was excellent to work with, true to his word. Left the job site fully cleaned up and better than when he started. Will gladly use his firm for any other roofing or gutter issues in the future."

"Paul sealed gaps in the shingles on the roof ridge and an unrelated gap in the flashing for the furnace vent. He said the roof ridge repair was a "band-aid" that should be effective for about 2 years and recommended a replacement of the of the roof ridge in the future. I asked for the bill and Paul said "no charge". I am a first time customer of At Your Service but I will be calling them for future projects. Could not be happier!!"

He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. It was on time, done correctly, everything was cleaned up, and they were very careful around the landscaping. They even did a few tiny favors for me! I was so pleased with everyone involved. "This is the second time I have had Ray St Clair work on my home.  The first time was to replace a gutter.  This second repair was to fix leaks around 2 windows.  Josh came out multiple times, giving my 2 separate quotes as I had originally asked for roof work, and then narrowed my request to just fixing the windows.  The repair proposed (roof repair, gutter repair and replace one wall of siding) has fixed my problem, the quality of the work seems good, the color of the new siding matches the rest of the house.  I cannot honest comment on the price as I could get no-one else to come out and give me an estimate, I assume they felt the work was not enough to justify the effort.  However, I feel the price was fair and am happy with the work done. <br />"

"Technician arrived on time as scheduled and quickly went to work.  Job was completed efficiently, but caulking lines were somewhat messy and a bit unsightly.  Technician would not go up on the roof to inspect as he claimed this would potentially void my roof warantee.  He did spend several minutes discussing weatherproofing concerns I had, and recommended cost effective repairs and do-it-yourself solutions, which I grealy appreciated. <br />"

"The crew came out within 1-2 weeks and removed and replaced the roof in one day. Removed all existing roofing and flashing membranes to the plywood deck surface and replaced with 23 squares of Owens Corning Dimensional shingles. The new roof looks great. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and clean up. I found a little debris left behind, but not much."
