"I wish all the contractors on this basement project were as good to deal with as Family Waterproofing. Throughout the whole process, communication was good. Ken the owner was responsive and patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They prepared a detailed contract of all work to be performed, and did what they said they would. I like that they did an exploratory dig after signing the contract to make sure we had a solid plan and avoid any surprises during installation. There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. The overall cost was very fair and we received great service and quality. They are honest, care about their customers and want you to be happy. Now I'm looking forward to a big rain!"

"The company is an efficient family-run business and very customer oriented. I asked for bids from three companies, and Windo-Well was the lowest. They manufacture their own custom-made covers that are of very high quality (you can stand on them.) Installations are done by Dave and his son who are sticklers for precise measurements and installations. They were also very courteous and respectful. Calls to the office are immediately answered by Debbie (no answering machine), Dave's wife, who does an excellent job explaining their covers and installation. From measurements to installation took only a few days. You can't go wrong giving them your measurements over the phone for an estimate. If you like what you hear, Dave will come out to do precise measurements and leave you a written estimate. It was a pleasure dealing with this company."

"I did a ton of research on the best windows and best installation companies. I met with 9 total window companies. In the end, I narrowed the window manufacturers down to Okna and Soft-lite. Meister happened to sell/install both. Allen and his son came out to show me both windows. They were very straightforward on pros and cons and they didn't try to pull any sales tricks like some of the other companies I met with did. Their pricing was also very fair. In the end, I ended up going with the Soft-lite windows. Three months later Meister came out to install the windows (8 total). I also had them install ~90' of 6" gutters w/ guards and soffit. Over the course of three days, they worked very hard to get everything done. They were friendly and courteous. Just overall nice guys doing great work. The window screen frames from the factory were a bit sub-par. Allen noticed this while installing and ordered me replacement frames which just got installed today. Soft-lite got involved too and sent a very nice guy out to help. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier going with Meister. They really care about their clients and do great work. They even added some very nice decorative capping around the windows. We plan on re-doing our family room in a few years and there is no doubt I'll be having Meister do the windows. Thank you!"

"The experience I had with CAPA Construction, Inc. was the best experience I have ever had with the building trades. The level of communication and responsiveness was exceptional during all aspects of the job from sales to post installation.. I especially appreciated dealing with the President of the company, Tom Saner, versus a sales representative as I did getting other quotes for this project. CAPA offered valued added services as part of their pricing structure like removal and re- installation of window treatments and replacement and painting of the window trim. It was a turnkey offering at a cost lower than some of the other quotes I received. Also, other window style options were offered based upon what our specific needs were. That advise guided our selections. Finally, the crew sent were actual carpenters that knew what they were doing, were respectful of my home with a very clean approach to their work.
