"they helped me repair one of my bed rooms it was really good job and they are really professionals and they gave me a really fair price."

"Rodney responded quickly to the project posted and after gathering some details he came out for an estimate the next day. The price was great and he got the work done a couple of days later. Rodney was very professional, knowledgeable and fixed our gate in no time. It looks great! We will definitely reach out to him for any future projects, highly recommended!"

"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"They offered me the best price out of all the quotes I was given . They were able to start the work immediately. They showed up on time worked really hard for 2 days . I'm actually really impressed with the work they did . They did everything i asked them to , to include installing insulation .They fixed the drywall , sprayed texture , and painted . I wish I could upload photos of the work they did . It looks amazing , you can't even tell there was damage there beforehand . They also put everything back the way it was before, which i greatly appreciate. They have a perfect 5 star rating on home advisor . If your looking for a hardworking , and honest contractor that offers the best price . These are the contractors you need . I will most definitely be hiring them again in the future , and I will reccomend them to everyone I know"

"Weston came out, inspected the roof and provided an estimate. I had 2 other estimates. With the 5% discount Truebuilt was offering for Angie's List members, his estimate came in the lowest, and with the good reports on Angie's List, I hired him. Work was performed a few weeks later and all went well. Months later when we had a heavy rain, I discovered a roof leak near the chimney leaking into the attic. I texted Weston and he replied immediately. His guys came out within a few days and repaired the leak. When it rained again soon after, I found it was leaking in the same place, just not as bad. Weston again was immediately on this, came out himself to do a thorough inspection to try to find the problem. He was very apologetic and said he'd make sure this was corrected. His guys came out again in a few days and did repair work again. This time it worked because it rained again fairly soon after and success, no leak. What impressed me the most was Weston's immediate response to me once I contacted him about the leak. I was afraid I might get the run around like you do with so many contractors but, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for his immediate action to resolve the leak. I know he was busy with other customers but he gave my issue priority, and that meant a lot to me. It just goes to show his ethical standards are high and he is truly devoted to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him."

"I had an excellent experience with this company. Mike was very quick to respond and understood my situation being very limited on time for repair as the house was under contract to sell. He worked in my repair to his schedule the very next day. He was more than reasonable in his pricing and being out of state at the time it was nice to work with someone who I could trust to give access to the house and to be honest about repair costs. Very much highly recommend Mike for any of your handyman needs. It should be noted, Mike came very highly recommended to me and I’m so glad he was. Thanks again Mike!"
