"Wow! This is a top notch company. From the start, while talking to Brett, I never had any mishaps of communication or service. Leo and his team were amazing. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts. Tom was a pleasure to see when he came out to the house for inspections. I will send anyone their way for roofing needs. The whole job turned out beautiful!"

"Southern Specialty Contractor LLC, gave me an estimate on my property to install a roof and I agreed to move forward after all parties agreed to a price. I informed the representative Manny that we were on a strict budget and could only afford what we were quoted. He did a complete assessment of the roof and said he thought we would be fine with the price quoted and did not anticipate any additional problems based on his knowledge and expertise. My husband and I decided to move forward because he seemed to be an honest person. We paid half of the invoice and the other half was due at completion. We never got a phone call, text or email stating that they found any additional problems. Unfortunately, when the job was completed they sent an invoice with an additional $1995. I called and told them they made a mistake on the invoice and I was told that they found some additional issues and addressed them without my permission. I have never in my life heard of a company making additional repairs to a property without discussing it with the homeowner. I believe this is a scam. They submitted a lower bid to get the job and inflated it after the work was completed. This man had the nerve to file suit against me for repairs that I didn't approve. I have a feeling that this is how they do business. That is very unprofessional to inflate a price without discussing it with the customer. I will definitely see him in court. Please shop around before you do business with this company. I REFUSE to allow him to scam me. I wish I could give zero stars. He was paid in Full for the services provided."

"Scott and Jim were both great. they were true to their word and helped me fight the insurance company to get everything covered and even saved me money in the process. They were patient and understanding with having to wait for payment to go through on mortgage company as well. O.C. Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof and vinyl siding. In the end it allowed us to sell our home and get top dollar for all of the fresh new look. Even when the insurance company would not cover the entire home siding, Jim at O.C. was able to match it so closely that you could not tell it was a different brand. O.C Roofing Systems was phenomenal! Thank you so much!"

The insurance company was being a bit difficult with our claim, however, the team at Georgia Roof advisors knows how to handle these types of situations. They were very thorough, responsive and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. Chase was excellent and took his time explaining the entire process from answering questions about the type of shingles to choose, the roof replacement process, to explaining the warranty details. Jas did an excellent job in providing the details on what to expect the day before the roof replacement. Their install team did an excellent job on the roof and with the clean up afterwards. When we had follow up questions about a spot on the inside on the ceiling that we thought maybe a leak, Darrell didn't hesitate to come back to re-inspect and address any concerns. He assured us that the spot was from settling and re-inspected the roof again. We went with the 3D architecture shingles and we are happy with the results...our roof looks great! If you want quality work from a quality company, Georgia Roof Advisors is top notch!"
