"First off I want to say he was the 3-4 person we called. I opted for some of the other people with more reviews before calling me Pritchard. Every other person I called, when they heard small leak, they in some polite form told me they were a little busy, and would call me back soon. Never heard back from any of them. From start to finish I have no complaints from him! He came out the day after I called to give him a quote. Told me he could be back to fix it that following week. It happen to storm the day he was supposed to come, he contacted me early that morning and told me because of the rain he wouldn't be able to come and rescheduled with me. Came out and did a great job! Cleaned up all his mess, and left it better than it was when he arrived. We plan to get a whole new roof in the next few years, we know who we are calling would highly recommend."

"The quality of their work is very good; however, they are much too expensive, since they hire contractors. Also, they don't accept personal checks, debit/credit cards. Considering how expensive they are, they have some nerve not to be more cooperative insofar as how their customers may pay for their services. I read one of the reviews in which the representative stated that they had been in business for ten years; however, they have not been in business for ten years in Mobile, but the Mississippi Gulf Coast instead."

"We have had this service contract for at least a year, and it is going well. The staff at Southern are pleasant, professional and helpful. They call to schedule a convenient time to spray every 3 months. They come when they say they are coming. It doesn't take long for them to complete the job. Since we started this, we haven't had problems with spiders on our screened porch and it is very rare to find an insect in the house, so I would have to say that it is working. This service does not include termites.  It costs $75 per quarterly treatment, so $300 per year total. <br />"
