We filed a BBB complaint, and McDaniel promised a refund via cashier?s checks but never followed through. The BBB confirmed McDaniel stopped responding. After a full year and even attorney involvement, we still have no refund or accountability. This company?s conduct is unethical and deceptive. Beware."
