"With driveway permit already in hand, I Requested quotes on Angie's list 3/13, Tony immediately called the next morning prior to anyone else and was promptly onsite as agreed to do an estimate 3/15. After i agreed on the quote he asked for a deposit to get started so i made an appointment for the following Thursday 3/21 when i was off work to take care of everything, that Wednesday 3/20 his crew did the forms so the inspector could inspect it. Inspector came and inspected 3/21 around 11-12:00, after a few messages back and forth about some adjustments the inspector wanted and some pricing issues (mostly inspectors fault), Tony's crew started at 1:30 and within 2 hours the apron was completely done and roped off, I was amazed at the speed of service because I literally barely had time to get the cashiers check from the bank before these guys were completely done...lol...His price was a bit high for my area (roughly 300 more, no biggie), but Tony and his crew was definitely worth every extra cent based on the speed, communication and quality of how he and his crew gets the job done, and the quality was far better than I anticipated or even initially asked for...I'll Definitely be calling this amazingly efficient crew for my next project and would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for speed, communication and quality....Thanks Tony Madina! A++"

"The best guys I've ever worked with and absolute best job. It's been a while since they did the job and it is still perfect. These guys will do all my concrete jobs from now on."

"Lou Sullivan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed up on time to do the estimate, walked me through the stamping/colorization process, and gathered required info from me to help him ascertain how to achieve the finished look I desired (including layout, colors, and expansion joint locations). Once done he provided me with an estimate as well as his availability. At no point did I feel pressured, and Lou's professionalism made it feel like I was working with a partner who was genuinely invested in helping me achieve my objective. After agreeing on both a price and timing, Lou returned with his crew to do the work, as scheduled. Again he was punctual, and his crew did a fantastic job of getting the pour down, spread, stamped, colored, and cut (expansion joints) in a timely fashion. A week later (to allow curing) Lou returned to seal the finished product. I'm writing this review more than 18 months after completion of the project -- and waited this long to see how the finished product held up. When clean (as opposed to covered in pollen), my patio looks as good as it did the day after it was sealed. I'm very pleased with the result and would/will engage Carolina Decorative Concrete again should I have a need for more work of this type. Lou is a true professional and a master at his craft. Important: It should be noted that I already had a 4" base of level, tamped crush & run in place for the patio … as well forms in place to hold the concrete pour. Thus, the pricing I received was strictly for the decorative concrete work, as all required prep work had already been performed prior to engaging Lou. Those in need of prep work should factor its cost in, of course."

"Everything went well. The mortar color matched good for a 30+ year old house. The crew arrived and were very professional and quick to do the job."

"It went amazing, did a fantastic job, suggested colors, very efficient, timely, prep work is very good, team is very friendly felt I was able to talk to them, Kyler is very good with his team, and I will recommend them"

"The job went fantastic. Concrete was poured to fix my grandparents step, which was entirely uneven and chipped away, which caused water to puddle and make it dangerous for them to walk on. The new step looks amazing and it is pitched perfectly so water just pours off. Fantastic work."

"High quality work! I was recommended by a family member and I am more than pleased with the end result of my driveway, topped of with a nice stamped finish. Great Service!"

"Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash. Overall a positive experience with an honest, reliable, hardworking contractor and a crew of top quality professional craftsmen. Would hire again. Recommended to others."

"Randy is professional and does amazing work in a timely manner. He finished the project on time and we loved the finished product. Thank you!"
