"This was the 2nd time I had called upon Pure Restoration for a somewhat urgent water damage/mold remediation/repair
situation, having found them at random on Angie's List the 1st (and totally unrelated) time.
I knew how helpful they had been and didn't hesitate to call again.
Tommy, who runs the company is always on top of what's going on and always available and responsive. Everybody that came to do their particular job (mold, dry wall, plumbing, cabinet re-building, paint etc) was top notch and a pleasure to deal with. 
In my case the quality of the kitchen cabinet re-building was awesome.
And I was particularly happy and relieved that they were able to preserve a lengthy granite kitchen countertop when almost everything underneath it had to be removed. 
Tommy & co. worked around my schedule and I can't stress enough how helpful it was knowing that he was available and
would return calls asap. Everyone from their office was completely professional and helpful as well. You feel like you're in very good hands.
And Tommy knew how to deal with the Insurance co. and get more out of them than I ever would have on my own. He definitely
saved me money in that regard.
Pure Restoration is as good as it gets at what they do--and they do a lot.

"Initial inspection uncovered multiple locations of infestation in exposed ceiling beams and ground termites under the house. Non fumigation requires various types of treatments used for different locations including drilling into the beams and into the cement surrounding the house to treat the ground. Scheduled the work to be done a week later with them arriving afternoon. I was assured that they could continue work after dark however I think it would have been much better if they had started earlier. They found more termites and damage under the house than the original inspection discovered and spent more time there than expected. They were using flashlights to finish up outside the house and it remains to be seen if they actually got everything. Good news is a two year guarantee, bad news is if they missed something and I still have termites munching away that would have been a stopped by fumigating instead. But no prep or time out of the house was required for treatment so I was happy with the process overall."

"Excellent! Insurance repair. Nick helped guide us through the HOA and insurance process. He’s very knowledgeable. Due to the damage from a burst pipe, the entire first floor needed to be repaired. "We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"It was very easy task to talk, hire and have my carpet cleaned. The following day after I spoke to them, a person came over to my house and gave me a great estimate for the carpet cleaning.

"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. They were quick to respond and helpful. They also had a friendly approach and were considerate. We sincerely thank the Hometown Restoration team for their excellent effort. "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."
