A lot of the times, they use different services then what they say they are going to do. Just the customer service does not match what some of the services are. I like my lawn the way it looks and all, I just think customer service stinks. I can't really blame it on customer service, but the service you call, I would rather speak to an live person. The quality is good, beside what the lawn looks like. The lawn looks great. I'm looking to save money, because I am retired, so I might do it myself. I would recommend them to anybody."
