"10/1/02 Initially, Francisco was very good at calling to schedule the initial estimate and following up with faxing the requested reference list and bid. The pricing seemed fair for the amount of work we wanted done. The workers arrived on time on the day scheduled, and they worked quickly and efficiently. However, the third day, they were here only 45 min. or so, then left without a word, and did not return. We received no call from Agri-con to say when they were coming back. Two days later, my husband called Agri-Con to find out what was going on, since we still had not heard from them. Apparantly, Agri-con was doing another job at a friend's house, a job they had gotten through our referral, and they were planning to grind the stumps for both jobs at the same time (tomorrow). It would have been more more proactive and better customer service had they called us and let us know what the status of our job was, instead of making us call them to find out. Since the job is not completed, I would like to wait until that time to give you my final rating. 10/2/03 - Francisco and his crew were back out at my house, and they were very considerate of the fact that my husband was sleeping; the crew worked on trimming back some shrubbery and trees, then they came back in the afternoon after my husband awoke to do the stump grinding. That was very considerate and very much appreciated! 10/6/03 - the job is 90% completed. We are waiting for our pool decking to be removed; Francisco recommended we wait until then to grind the palm tree stumps and any roots that may be in the area. We are very satisfied with Agri-con's work, have recommended them to several neighbors and friends who have used them already, and would definitely call them back when the next pruning/trimming is needed."

"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent. "Ramon and his crew from Nature Care Tree Specialist were very professional and courteous. They provided outstanding service to us. We are very delighted. I approached Ramon for an estimate when they were performing some tree work on a nearby street. He came within 10 mins to give an estimate, suggested various options for pruning about half a dozen trees big and small, before giving an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They came promptly for the appointment, which, due to a cancellation, was within 2 days. Ramon himself climbed and led charge, pruning and cutting, advising his crew as needed. He would check with us often during the pruning to ensure it’s to our satisfaction and we are happy. They did the work patiently and carefully and did not try to rush at all. His crew was the same. They cleared and cleaned the yard very well after the work. Thanks to Ramon and his crew, our trees now look fresh, beautiful and young! Ramon also came promptly the next day to clear two stumps. He carefully removed a couple of geranium plants nearby before the removal and replanted them back after. He was also careful with PG&E pipe/wires nearby.
