"Andrew contacted me and came out to my house to take measurements of the property where the fences were to be installed. I needed chain link and vinyl. He took care of permits and materials. No down payment was required. He gave me an estimate and a contract. Yesterday they prepared the property and removed the old fencing. They installed the fence posts as well.
