"The guys arrived a little late (but let me know there was bad traffic, so totally understandable) and spent a little over an hour cleaning our windows. They did a very thorough job and did a walkthrough afterwards to make sure it was all to my satisfaction. I had purchased the deal of $79 for 20 windows and since our house has 22 windows (each pane counts as one window), I paid an additional $16. This was the first time I'd had the windows professionally cleaned and now they look amazing!"

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
