The reason I choose Southline because Ignacio came out that day eventhough it was a weekend. After looking at the roof he suggested a membrane to go on the roof before the shingles. Our leak was where the two parts of the roof met and formed a crevice. Ignacio said that if we put the membrane down it would never leak again. It was a little more expensive but we thought it was worth it due to it might becoming a problem again in the future. So we agreed on 1200 for the repair. I called him a couple of times before the job and he always returned my calls quickly. The repair went great. They even raised the roof a couple of inches so the water could not collect in that area. Everyone was professional. The job was done quickly and on time. They took a picture of the repair and sent it to me, which was great. This was one was the best experiences I've had with a construction company. I would highly recommend them!"

"Two technicians scheduled for 8-10 am called at 9:30 and asked if okay to arrive early. Inside the condo (we are the middle of five units) they saw four water stains in a vertical line on the sunroom ceiling.  The units had a new roof 8 years ago, but that company is out of business.  Pioneer workers went onto the roof, and stayed approximately 45 minutes. Back on the ground, the owner showed photos taken on my roof, explained problems found, and described the repairs made. 1) The metal flashing across the top had dozens of nail heads that were loose, so they covered each nail with sealant.  2) Various shingles had been nailed in the wrong place allowing leaks over time, so each nail was covered with sealant.  The technician suggested that we monitor the water stains to determine that they do not get any larger, especially during winds and rain of each season.  A gentle pencil outline is the best way to monitor stain size changes.

It really is a shame. Everybody wants this roofer but to no avail!  Advertising, coupons, great phone conversations with roofer...but never shows for estimates;;;for me nor my neighbor. My neighbor & I went with a different roofer & now I see a great ad again for Truroof & wanted for new roof for my dad in Summerville but I know better than to try to reach out to him again.  I don't know for sure, but must be overwhelmed & not staffed adequately...three roofs right here with me that they missed by no fault of my own!
