The glass manufacturer sent the wrong size glass which he did not realize until he took out the first window, so I now have a temporarily taped window until the right sized one comes in. He measured the rest though and the installation was quick and VERY clean. They will be hired again to redo the other window."

"They came on on March 6th came because my garage door wouldn't go up and down property. They cleaned stuff and replaced the rollers. I used them for a number of years and never had a problem with them. They came when they wanted and noticed a problem with alignment. They checked both doors and replaced the rollers on the big door. They also came out this past Monday. The cable broke on my big door and knocked the door off alignment. They came with in two hours of me calling them and took care of it. They didn't have to replace the track, just the cable. He told me that the cable had rusted and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. I felt very blessed because he knew exactly what he was doing."

"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"

"From start to finish it was wonderful. I contacted Smith and Rogers for a estimate to tear out roughly 500 sq ft of ceramic tile and install Laminate flooring in the same areas. Being new to the area I relied on Angies list to narrow down my contractors. Everything from the estimate to the clean up was everything I had hoped for. The estimator was friendly, informative and punctual. Upon accepting their bid they showed up the first day to tear all that tile out. Anyone who has done this before knows how hard and dirty this job can be. They did a wonderful job keeping the dust down in the house( that is not always possible). When finished they wiped everything down and the house was spotless. Smith and Rogers has years of experience and it shows in the finished product. They did a great job installing the floor and paying attention to every detail. Upon finishing they cleaned up again and left the house the way they found it before starting, with a brand new floor. I will absolutely use you guys again in the future. Great work.
