"We bought the move-out cleaning special.  They arrived promptly and got to work.  The house looked great. However, I noticed a few things and I am not sure if I am being too picky about a move-out cleaning (I had never had one done before; are they supposed to leave the house without a speck or smudge? or just an overall wipe down?).  I noticed all the appliances had a visible residue on them, and so did the hardwood floors and the countertops.  We had to end up cleaning them over again.  Also, many of the baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves too. And I found a spot on the ceramic tile that needed a little extra scrubbing to get the spot off.
But I am wondering if a move-out clean is just to get the bulk of it out, and they did that very well.  We had two cats and there was hair all over the place and that seemed to have been taken care of.

"We contacted Anigi's List for an estimate of cost for a top to bottom cleaning of an empty 2 story house with very short notice to complete the job. She responded very quickly and was very well priced compared to some other quotes we received, considering it was an empty house. When she showed up she was professional and brought all the required implements, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. She was very friendly. She came late in the afternoon (as requested) and was here for several hours. We did a quick walk through together to familiarize herself with the house and set expectations. She had the empty house to herself without any interference. Once she was done, we did a walk through together for inspection. There was one minor miss, some sawdust was over looked in the back of a bathroom drawer, she was quick to respond by cleaning it up right away. My wife is very picky and stated  she would definitely hire her again if needed since she did a very good job. It took about 4 hours.
