"I contacted The Patch Boys to repair my kitchen ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak in a second floor bathroom. The water left the dry wall stained and created a two-inch hole in the ceiling. I sent pictures of the damage and received a response, a reasonable estimate and a scheduled date to accomplish the work from Mike, the owner, in a timely manner. He arrived at the agreed time, evaluated the damaged area and went right to work. He cut out the damaged sheet rock, replaced it and applied at least three coats of joint compound. The job was completed in less time than estimated and it looks great. I would highly recommend The Patch Boys for repairing walls and ceilings."

"Z was a pleasure to work with - responsive from the moment we put our request out for some repairs to our basement following a French drain install. Z quoted competitively, delivered excellent work against our agreed scope of work, and was even able to tap into a colleague to help with some flooring needs outside of the framing, insulation, drywall, spackle and paint work."

"Had a fairly extensive drywall repair/replacement need due to basement water damage. Glenn did fantastic work, installing new drywall in the bathroom, a new ceiling in the bathroom and completed repairs to several other areas of the basement. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend."

"The Rock Doctor fixed a saggy ceiling for me. He gave me a timeline of how long the job would take 4 days and he is punctual. He does excellent work."

"Mike and, his helper did a fantastic job repairing the drywall crack in our dining room ceiling. There were several steps involved which included repainting the entire ceiling, but Mike did not cut any corners, and did things right the first time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, and you would never know that we had had work done, except for the fact that the ceiling was as good as new. He works very hard, with a measure of Integrity you don’t always find with contractors. He arrived on time, and his work was very fairly priced. He will be on my shortlist for any home repairs in the future."

"Repaired foundation and retaining wall. Did interior painting, cabinet repair and other misc repairs. All work was completed on time."

"The CSZ team is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and detail oriented. I highly recommend this team for home repairs and refinishing space to make it feel new ."

"Jared was professional and thorough in his work. I am extremely grateful to him for the level of care and expertise he showed with my home repair. After a roof leak I was left with areas of my ceiling where the drywall was cut out to prevent mold growth and needed to be replaced. I was nervous going in that the repair might be noticeable since I had previously been told I should just replace the entire ceiling. I am thrilled with the work that was done by Jared with Precision Home Repair. He made a very stressful moment a bit easier to get through. Thank you, Jared!"

"We hired Peter Dorizas from Dorhos Management, LLC and he was an excellent painter and very reasonably priced. He also did other things that needed fixing and cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend him."
