Our roof was extremely old, so there were a few surprises that added to the budget, but Manuel alerted us immediately and thought out of the box to give us the most cost-effective solutions. "Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"I had an idea of what I wanted, Brian Koos spent over an hour working with me going over various designs and options. While their pricing was in the area of what i expected I did not sign the contract that day. Brian was not pushy at all and understood. I did get 2 other estimates that were much higher. When I was ready I called Brian and had changed the color of the decking. He revised the quote and I signed the contract. Work was complete 10 days later. There was a small qlitch, the workers made the deck the same size as the original porch but it was supposed to be larger to cover some imperfections in the patio. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until they finished. Marc Cerami had come by during and just as they finished and immediately remedied the situation. He offered to re-do the deck in the correct size or they could an add a board to the bottom step which would extend the deck. They came back the next day and added another board. It covered the imperfections and actually looked better than the original design. I would definately work with Carls again on another project."
