"let me start by saying that, I would not recommend them to remodel a dog house. I had to clean up after them each day that they where here an throwing away boxes sweeping up in the kitchen, after they where done, the garage as well. they did not finish the flooring under the stove until I looked, an said they where trying to save me money like another $60.00 was going to break me. He tried to supply me with a used scratched up sink they tried polishing it out for 3 hours, the scratches where so deep they would not come out. they scratched up the cover on the faucet plate I had to get a new one, to replace it while they where replacing the sink they scratched my new stove on the top when they where setting it in they scratched my dish washer corner installing the counter tops. they chipped my newly painted garage door bringing in the counter top. When I told the owner about how they had lost the plastic prong to the bottom of the dish washer an I found it in the trash he took of the jerry rigged screw off of it an put the plastic prong on an said he would have to order the other one, an that the dish washer door still would not close an it needed to be raised on the one side an moved out, so that it would close. obviously I will not recommend them to any one, I will how ever say that Celest who did the back splash did a great job. "Contacted them and they were very timely for the times they came to the house. The older technician was great and diagnosed a new motherboard would fix the problem on a two week old 2,300$ fridge. Maytag would not warranty and with no choice I paid them 575$ for the repair. Fast forward 2 months and we have the exact same problem at hand and a non working fridge. They came back for less then 10 minutes and then were gone. The owner Ron called me stating the board was again faulty and that there was only a 30 day warranty on part and service. He was completely assertive and matter of fact didn’t have a care in the world that I was again in the same position. In fact his pathetic response was that he could put yet another board in for the same money again as that obviously did not work in the first place. Totally unprofessional and as a business owner myself have a hard time understanding how companies like this are still in business. Called another company and they fixed the issue for less then 100$. It never was why they charged me for in the first place and in my opinion business does not get more crooked then Same Day Service."
