I honestly feel that they took advantage of me and are using the heavier snow fall as an excuse to say they spent more time than they actually did. They charged me for 7 hours and other companies charged for 4 hours. To have such good reviews, why would a company jeopardize that by taking advantage of a situation and overcharging? Companies made substantially more money just from the increase in work/jobs available, why overcharge for the sake of getting over on someone? I am sure I am not the only business they overcharged.
