"Rick Jamison Painting did an absolutely incredible job painting the exterior of my home. The job was no easy task, as it involved stucco repair work and wood repair work which proved quite complicated. Roughly 3 years ago we had the windows in my home replaced and as such, we had these new stucco vs old stucco rings around all 13 windows and doors. Rick Jamison painting completely got rid of all of all of these rings and then did an amazing painting job all without leaving a trace of debris or paint anywhere. My home was built in 1957 and it now looks like brand new construction. Awesome work."

"It is rare for me to find a contractor that easily grasps the vision I have for a project. I contacted Jayson as I was hoping a company named "Creative Living Painting" would get my unusual idea. They did not disappoint! They are not just contractors, but artists who truly brought out the character of my home. Since I knew the wood was far too old to stain and too expensive to replace, I wanted to do repair and then faux stain using paint and gel stain--a technique I had done myself inside on a small scale. Jayson knew exactly what I was talking about and did some experimenting to see what technique would work best given the large area that had to be covered. "I left for work upon arrival of the painters(7 man crew). When I arrived home, they had finished approx. 95% of paint job. Mistakenly, they painted garage door white, and painted the accent wood on front door and landing white as well as back door. I pointed out their mistake & without any attitude, they promptly repainted the areas my selected color. The foreman also returned to touch up some areas that I requested. My aunt is going to have them paint a building for her and my son has an apartment building he plans to request Mr. White do the paint job."

And there's no way to know for sure if you've made the right choice until the job starts, and by then you've likely signed the contract and put down your hard-earned deposit money. I had several companies out for an exterior painting estimate, and ultimately settled on Anytime House Painting. The owner, John, provided a low-key, thoughtful explanation of what was needed, what it would cost, and what I could expect if I went with them. He offered a very reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitch. I had read the online reviews, which were all good, but there are a lot of companies out there with good reviews. Ultimately, what made the difference was that John mentioned they were a family-run business. It wasn't part of the sales pitch, it just came up in response to my questions. I guess anyone could say that (though none of the other estimators did), and it may or may not be important to the quality of the work, but in this case, I think it made a difference. When they started the job, it was John's father who showed up to supervise the crew, and he was there every day until the job was completed. The house had not been painted for awhile, which meant there was extensive prep work. While that was being done, John came back more than once with sample colors until I got just the right combination, because the really do look different once they're actually on the house. The crew was on time every day, went about their business without disturbing me (I work from home), and performed above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. The last time the house was painted, I did it myself. This time, I left it to the professionals. Anytime House Painting. It was a good decision."
