"We have used one company exclusively out here who the brand that my garden tractor mower is. I was beginning to think that I was going to have to trade in my mower even though it did not have a lot of hours on it. I taught maybe it was a lemon or something and I had arranged for that company to come repair it again and they never showed to pick it up. I made an appointment and they were a no show. I thought maybe it was time to think about somebody else and so I started looking. We had a hard time finding small equipment repair places. We had a lot of issues so we actually drove to this shop before we decided and asked them what they thought. We asked what their charges were and more importantly I wanted to know what their turnaround time was because the other place took about four to eight weeks at a time. It is really hard at this time of the year and we need it. They had a quick turnaround time and they did come pick it up. They honored a ten percent discount because it was from Angie's List. We arranged for them to come and pick it up. They came when we had arranged and they had it back in about a week. Their price was considerably less than the other company and it's running like its brand new. I don't know what that company was not doing but its running. I had forgotten what it could do because it hadn't been running well for so long. I'm just thrilled. I was quiet pleased, its way better. I had a problem with my mower deck and the other companies were just kind of like it's going to cost a lot, there are no parts, it's going to have to be recreated and went on and on but this company was like it's going to need a little bit of welding and it's no problem. So I was pretty happy. I have no complaints."

"VERY high quality work.  Jared is a perfectionist and well worth the price for his input, attention to detail and follow through.  He spent efficient time on thorough walk-thrus prior to pricing (and while sharing his experience) then again once after the contracts were signed but prior to starting the work.  He has a casual style but an obvious love for his what he does.  He was flexible with his contract amounts and how we would structure his providing materials for the projects.  He provided complete and comprehensive tools for the scope as well as the experience to efficiently and expertly use them.   <br /> His availability was limited when our scope crept beyond what we had planned but he was thoughtful and a good communicator in getting to dates that would work for us all in the end and to complete the work. <br /> Our house was built in 1957 and we bought from the original owners so we are extensively remodeling.  We look forward to working with Jared again for the myriad of projects this house requires... <br />"

"Richard Reidt, came out on a Saturday morning. He showed up exactly on time (actually he came early and waited at our front door). He explained everything to us clearly. Another company we had called had tried to sell us all sorts of packages, and had pointed out 10 different things that needed to be fixed (rollers, hinges...etc.). Richard gave everything a good look and only told us what we really needed fixed. There were some issues with rollers/hinges (we had two squeaky rollers and one broken hinge) - he just replaced it for free. He patiently explained to me all about the springs. He explained how the builders had used assymetric springs of different lengths (and coil size?); which finally had caused the lghter spring to break for us. He explained that instead he would put in two balanced springs which would make it last longer. Richard has been in business for 30 years and knows garage doors inside out. He is local and has installed doors (residential and commercial, small and large hanger doors) all throughout the Seattle area. Ask him about some of his stories (Hint: Sports Stadiums in Seattle area and a certain Football player who lives in Issaquah Highlands). He clearly has a passion for what he does and for helping people. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. If we or any of our friends ever need repair/installation of garage door - Richard is the only one we would call."
