Cris talked with me every morning and explain what they would be installing each day. They arrived on time, set up and got to work. Cris and his crew cleaned up along the way, they were all very polite and knew what they were doing. We had a beautiful front door installed by Lake Washington Windows And Doors in 2022. We are so happy we decided to have them install our new windows. These windows are amazing but Cris and his crew are also amazing. Way to go, Lake Washington Windows and Doors!"

"Last November we hired Steve and his crew from Steveâ s Home services to do a complete remodel of our main living areas of our home. This included the bathroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, family and living room. They installed new wood floors in a lot of areas, tile floor in bathroom, tile inlay in entry, and a pony wall by front entry. Two main walls were removed between the family and living areas. A full kitchen tear out and everything new was installed including the cabinets. They are a wonderful personable group of hard working contractors to work with. Their work is top quality! We had them in our home for about 5 weeks. We didnâ t have to move out because they cleaned up everyday and protected our furniture with coverings. We will hire them again for phase 2 to remodel our master bathroom."

"Sometimes when someone is the only game in town, you have to go with them. The workers did do a really good job installing this sky wall window and door. But one window in the sky wall was broken on arrival. And one of the pains in the sliding glass door was scratched. It took several months and a couple of more trips by them and time off by me to get this all fixed. It appears that Pella and Ply Gem don't have the quality control that is needed to prevent problems like these. I would probably hire Emerald City Energy again to get the window or door that I really want. But be aware that you may have to deal with some issues with there products."

They answered promptly and because my house is very close to their shop he offered to schedule me as the first appointment of the day. It's 10am and my garage door is all fixed! Scott showed up promptly. He suggested that I replace both springs even though only one had broken. I agreed and he was able to do the job entirely with parts on hand. After the replacement I asked him to walk me through what work he did and explain how to maintain the door in the future. He was really friendly and professional."
