"We called Davis at Valle plumbing and he came out the next day to assess the problem.  He targeted the issue to a faulty part.  He informed us that the part cost was free and we would just need to pay a service fee (minus the Angie's List coupon of course).  They told us 5 days for the part to come in, but it took a little bit longer than that (~2 weeks).  I called them on Monday and they said the part was in and they scheduled to come out on Thursday.  My wife was home and they quickly installed the new part and showed my wife what the issue was and that it was a defect in the manufacturers part.  I was very pleased with their communication, responsiveness, and service.  Also, my wife felt very comfortable with them and that isn't usually the case when left to deal with service issues by herself. Highly recommended!"
