"From the first visit we felt Tony would do a great job for us. We had an unlevel, cracked, ugly asphalt driveway and a one-step stoop that was so high, it was scary to step down from. The melted snow ran from the driveway into our garage...that is how much higher our old blacktop driveway was. Tony envisioned a stoop with two steps for safety and esthetics and proposed the idea to us. Obviously, we loved it. Tony was there answering every question, helping us choose materials and always replied within 24 hours, which we found that completely acceptable. So we signed up! We loved to see John working along side the crew, riding the machinery and the pleasant way he treated their workers. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected.
