" I recommend Mayer Roofing!! We live in a manufactured home with an attached metal carport. We noticed water running/dripping outside the exterior house wall under the carport. A contractor looked at the roof, said the sealant had dried out and cracked, and suggested we hire someone to apply 3 coats of roof sealant over the last row of shingles and flashing. This would fix the problem but would also require recoating every 2-3 years. One company looked at the roof and quoted us a price. Bo Curry, from Mayer Roofing looked at our roof and said he could do the job suggested (and for much less than the other company!!) but he showed me pictures of the shingles and flashing. To do a proper job, he'd remove the flashing and last row of shingles (which were damaged), install new flashing and a new row of shingles, seal as needed, and for less than the sealant job quoted by other roofer! He and his crew were able to do the job within 2 days. They were fast and efficient! Great job!"

"I hired Caballeros to do cleanup in my backyard. My backyard is the size of two tennis courts. I haven’t touched it in 23 years. It was full of brittle brush to the point where you could barely walk around the backyard. Also, weeds had grown around the perimeter of my property, creating a fire hazard. They used a Weedwhacker on the weeds to create a fire break and pulled all of the brittle brush out out of my backyard and along the side of the house they went way beyond what I expected them to do. They cleaned up after themselves they took all of the brush away, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The other companies sent me emails. They were the only company that called me and set up an appointment. Very happy with the outcome at a price that was within my budget. "

My job was small but they had it completed the same day they started. They cleaned every bit of the debris from removing the old roof and installing the new roof. "LCR was great and I am already planning to hire them again to roof another building. This job involved stripping off the old layers of roofing, checking the roof deck for soundness, installing new ice/water shield and flashing and new underlayment per our demanding county codes, and then applying new architectural shingles. Evelyn was very helpful dropping off shingle sample boards so we could find the right color, and then scheduling the job around COVID-caused uncertainties (supply chain issues and team member illnesses). Then Olin and his crew arrived and did a perfect job - including adding flashing where there should have been some but previously wasn't, and working around and under some tricky overhangs. The job ended up looking terrific, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Couldn't have been more pleased with this crew."
