"The discovery of water in our crawl space during the sale of our Meridian home was not the “surprise” we were hoping for in this tough economy. The solution was simple, however. Mike provided a quote that was in line with the others, yet his follow up, professionalism and pleasantness during the bidding was a step above. Let’s be honest, though, the proof would be in the job itself. We had already moved to Denver, yet left our Idaho home staged with all of our belongings. All the contractors that came in after commented on what a beautiful floor it is. They put it in during the winter, which scared me, but they guaranteed it would seal up just fine. It was really cold and way below zero and sure enough it sealed up and worked out great. I got a break on the price because I had seen them at a home show."
