"This company is absolutely awful to deal with! I had their aeration and overseeding service done. It was supposed to be done 3 days ago but they no-showed me after waiting around for them all day. I called to cancel the service and was told I had to talk to a supervisor before they would refund my money. Rather than call me back they just threw me on their calendar again without even informing me. Something they have a habit of doing by the way. I guess we're on their time and not the other way around. I can't say I'm very impressed with their services either. The technicians are very friendly and professional. Just not very thorough. They call it overseeding but after walking around my yard I could barely see any seed and none around the edges. I had to use my own seed to get the spots he missed. They filled their little hopper once and that was it. I would've expected a whole bag for my size yard. Especially at their price point. Needless to say I won't be using them again. "
