"The folks at Exovations are the rock stars of the exterior home remodeling world. In spring 2021, Exovations turned our old deck into a gorgeous screened porch with a gable roof. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was straightforward and graciously handled our endless questions. Our main initial concern with the project was adding a roofline over the deck and whether it would create any water drainage issues coming off the roof. But Josh and his crew, who did the bulk of the framing/carpentry work, did an incredible job with it. Our project manager, Ben Boyd, was also fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to calls and texts, and basically was willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Ben was also on the same page with us about any concerns we had over small details and was quick to address them. "Skip Lewis did a great job during the quoting process and we chose Deluxe although they were not the lowest price. We were impressed with the detail he provided in the quote.  His knowledge of the roofing business is vast, and he made certain to make sure we understood what would occur during the entire process.   <br /> Everything was done as promised with one exception and that was rectified to our satisfaction by Skip.  The crew arrived as scheduled and did as much as they could on Day 1 due to rain starting to fall.  They worked 13 -14 hours on Day 2 and about the same on Day 3.  The cleanup was properly done and they got all the nails picked up with magnets.   <br /> This is a good company and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.  The value we received in material, installation and warranty far offset the higher price.  Although we were frustrated by the issue that came up on Day 3, we appreciate the way it was resolved by Skip.  Major projects are not always implemented smoothly and a good, professional company will resolve issues in a way that the customer feels good and then will recommend that company to others.  This is exactly what Deluxe Roofing did for us."

"Our salesman, Blake, was very informative and really nice. We were updated when they would be dropping off materials as well as when they would start. The crew put tarps down to catch the old roof that they scraped off and they cleaned up after they completed the job. The only reason I gave four stars is that they broke a few garden solar lights, mashed a couple of plants, we found about ten roofing nails around the perimeter of the house, part of the drip edge wasn't properly installed and there was a high area on the corner of the roof. These items were repaired by Blake within a week of completion."
