"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"I’ve never written a review before, however I felt compelled to do so since I had such an extremely positive experience with my roofer, Shane Farr, with Farr Roofing. Not only did he recognize that I had weather damage and could file on my insurance, he also identified a serious hazard to my health from a recently blocked off vent which caused gas fumes to leak into the house. Once he identified the hazardous issue, he did not leave my house until it was rectified. (None of the four other roofing companies quoting my roof mentioned either issue.) Shane not only quoted me the best price and worked with the insurance company on my claim, he did an excellent roofing job and did so on schedule as planned. It was completed in two days and that included removing the old roof, replacing bad plywood, laying the felt, putting rubber flashing in places where large amounts of water flow during rain storms, installing architectural shingles and cleanup and removal of all the debris. "My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. "Excellent. Brian is very professional, and does superb work. He correctly identified a design deficiency in my original roofing and successfully corrected it by installing a "valley" where none existed. He will not submit a bill until he is satisfied that the leak is corrected. I am satisfied that it is, but Brian makes both me and my insurance company happy!

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
