"Joe and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! This company was beyond professional. Quality of work performed was excellent, timely, kept us informed and as quoted. We had a full roof tear off, replacement and gutter replacement on a very steep roof. You did not even know that they had been here once the project was finished. Joe and his team were amazing, clean up -- you would not have known they were there!"

"I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

"Efficient and Communicative - Eugene provided all the detailed information about the roof replacement process/ shingle options/ warranties and was always available for questions. His crew completed the replacement in two days and cleaned up around the home. I would rehire for any future work."

"Franos worked with my insurance company for a year to get approval for a storm damaged roof. Complete tear off and replacement completed in 1 day. When they were finished the only sign that they were there is a new roof. No scraps or nails left anywhere! Crew was courteous, efficient and did a great job!"

"We recently had our roof and siding replaced, and the experience with Lock & Ladder was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and very respectful of our property—something we especially appreciated given the scale of the project. Their crew worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the craftsmanship really shows in the finished product. Communication was clear throughout the process, and any questions we had were addressed promptly. While quality work can take time, they stayed on schedule and left the site tidy every day. In a neighborhood where high standards are the norm, Lock & Ladder delivered exactly the kind of quality and service we were hoping for. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing or siding work."

"Robert did every thing he promised to do. Communicated well through the process. Returned calls with answers to any questions I had. Very professional. I would recommend him for your next roof replace. Above all, if you have any questions or concern, prior or during the project and even after, Robert will get back to you quickly and answer any questions. Very Professional. He was on site at the start of the project, and reviewed all with the crew. Not like some companies the sales men promises the world and the installers do it their way. Robert went over the detail with the crew before they started. They did a great job."

"I am so very satisfied with the work of Tim and his team. He was very professional and his team did an outstanding job. From clearing the branches from the tree that was on the roof to ensuring that my yard was clean up after the work was done and delivery on the day of install. everything was great. I recommend him to anyone who needs a roof or any work done on their home. He provides excellent service. I will definitely be using him for more work in the near future."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"From quote process to completion it went all well. On the day of roof replacement there were around 10-12 people who worked from 7:00 am for about 7-8 hours and completed the work. The roof looks great"

"Big improvement over the roof I had before. Project was done efficiently and follow-up was the most complete from any roofer I’ve dealt with previously. Also appreciate the attention to detail with the installation of the O/C roof system and the cleanup."
