"My roof was starting to show sign of ageing. I was starting to lose a lot of tiles in the past few months. I called up B&D to get a quote to replace my missing tiles. I was told that one side of my house had one layer and the other side had two layers. After thinking about it for a while, I decided to replace the entire roof. It took about a month for them to get started. The reason for the delay is because of all the rain we have been getting this summer. When B&D started, they completed everything in two days. That included removing the chimney, stripping the entire roof, adding weather guard, synthetic felt buster, roof board rake and new GAF HDZ tiles for a 1400sqft house. They needed to use my neighbor's driveway for one of those days. B&D did a great good job of making sure no debris was left in my neighbor's property. B&D also did a great job of cleaning up our property after they were done. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The new roof looks great and hopefully it will last us 20 years. B&D was extremely professional during the entire process."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. If you're looking for quality work from a very dependable company, I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing."

"Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. "Flynn Roofing did a five star job on our Hingham residence. Stephen was on the job with the crew. Very helpful and professional When I had decisions to make. The job was complicated as structural repairs were needed and a skylight replacement. Not a problem at all. Cleanup was amazing. My yard looked better than before they arrived. Flynn Roofing was timely,efficient,and reasonably priced! Great workers."

"We just had a new roof installed on our home and garage. They were at our home at 7am ready to go and stayed until the project was complete! Eric is very easy to deal with and the foreman Mike was here with the employees all day. They were very friendly and very accommodating to even to the "special" requests I had. They did an outstanding job! When the job was done my yard looked amazing they cleaned up so well, other than seeing my amazing new roof you wouldn't have even known they were here! "I have mixed feelings about A&A services. The good: * Windows are top notch and look great, installed quickly, work well 6+ months from installation * They have a carpenter as part of crew so were able to expand the size of our 6 picture windows The bad: * Installation crew was sloppy to the point of damaging our home. They left a 2 foot scratch in our hardwood floor and a large ding in a piece of molding near one of our interior doors. We brought both of these issues to the attention of our sales guy at the final inspection. He accused us of lying about the floor scratch and then said he could fix it as he had done his own floor but it would release toxic fumes and require us to leave the house for days. He then criticized the existing finish on all of our floors. Accidents happen but I know for a fact (because I was home) that the installers were working without putting anything protective on the floor and the over the top and offensive response to our legitimate complaints (scratched floors, chipped molding, overall carelessness) was quite upsetting. * Secondary complaint, they reframed the outside of the new windows with treated pine not hardwood as our usual general contractor would recommend (he weighed in after the fact) so now we have to worry about longevity and insects (carpenter bees, termites) damaging the window frames. Wouldn't be as much of an issue if they hadn't cut corners in this way. So overall, I like the windows a lot but I would never hire this company again because of how they respond to complaints and the corner cutting on wood issue."

The original 1800 attic of our home required a creative solution to address ventilation as a traditional ridge vent wouldn't work. We spoke with over 8 roofers and Shawn was only one of two that recognized the problem and how to solve it. Not only that, his price was fair and references were excellent. Throughout the process Shawn was great to work with. He was flexible with scheduling -- giving us time to chose the right color and was endlessly patient when we asked him for different samples to test out. He was always fast to respond and when it came time to actually replace the roof his entire team was top notch. The work was fast, professional, on time, on budget, and looks great.
